Lancashire – May Training Day

MAY NETBALL TRAINING DAY

• Learn new skills
• Increase tactical netball knowledge
• Have fun and meet like-minded people
• Take part in matchplay
• Soak up the knowledge of a current NSL player

Date – Wednesday 29th May, 10 am – 4 pm

For U12s, U13s and U15s (please state age group when booking)

Location – Saint Wilfrid’s Church of England Academy, Duckworth Street, Blackburn, BB2 2JR

(Please note we will be using the outside courts so please bring plenty of warm weather clothing, we have access to inside for the lunch break and we will re-evaluate if the weather forecast is terrible on the day!)

10 am – 4 pm

£45 per place

How the training day will look:

10 – 10.30 am Warm up, Landing skills + Speed Agility
10.30 – 11 am Netball fitness
11 – 12.30 pm Ball skills + Attack focus
12.30 – 1 pm Lunch (please bring your own lunch)
1 – 1.15 pm Warm up + Speed Agility
1.15 – 2.45 pm Balls skills + Defence focus
2.45 – 3 pm 15min Break
3 – 3.45 pm Matchplay
3.45 – 4 pm Q & A with Nat and photo opportunity
