MAY NETBALL TRAINING DAY

• Learn new skills
• Increase tactical netball knowledge
• Have fun and meet like-minded people
• Take part in matchplay
• Soak up the knowledge of a current NSL player

Date – Tuesday 28th May, 10 am – 4 pm

For U12s, U13s and U15s (please state age group when booking)

Location – Bradford Grammar School, Keighley Rd, Bradford BD9 4JP

Led by Natalie Panagarry supported by other Elite Netball Coaches

10 am – 4 pm

£45 per place

How the training day will look:

10 – 10.30 am Warm up, Landing skills + Speed Agility
10.30 – 11 am Netball fitness
11 – 12.30 pm Ball skills + Attack focus
12.30 – 1 pm Lunch (please bring your own lunch)
1 – 1.15 pm Warm up + Speed Agility
1.15 – 2.45 pm Balls skills + Defence focus
2.45 – 3 pm 15min Break
3 – 3.45 pm Matchplay
3.45 – 4 pm Q & A with Nat and photo opportunity
