New Netball Class Alert
We’re delighted to announce that from January 2023, we will be launching an U12 Junior Netball Academy in Manchester. Demand has been high for a Junior Netball Academy in the North West since we started our U15 High-Performance Centre in October.
These Junior netball classes will take place on Monday nights between 7 and 9 pm, during term time at Oldham Hulme Grammar School on Chamber Road, OL8 4BX.
Our Junior Netball Academy will supplement your club/school training by having a programme that focuses on four pillars to help you get the most out of your club/school matches: physical, performance, tactical and psychological. These classes will follow the same successful and established U12 programme in Yorkshire created by former Superleague coach Anna Carter. Junior Netball Academy classes are for netball players aged between 10 and 12 years old. Participation in this new netball class is achieved through a trial process. This trial process presents a unique opportunity to experience the format of netball trials for regional academies.

The weekly programme will include 2 hours of technical netball coaching and strength and conditioning coaching. Regular individual feedback is provided throughout the year and there will be opportunities for players to network with our U12 Junior Netball Academy in Leeds.

About our netball trials:
• All U12 athletes are welcome (anyone who was 11 or under at the start of September 2022)
• ENA Trials present a unique opportunity to experience the format of netball trials for regional academies
• £10 trial fee (no payment, no trial! This is non-refundable)
• Trialists are asked to wear black/dark-coloured clothing. Please do not wear any franchise clothing or academy kit
Junior Netball Academy Trial Information:
Monday 16th and Monday 23rd January 2023 between 7 and 9 pm
Once you have purchased a place, you will be allocated a night.
Trials are being held at Oldham Hulme Grammar School.

Our Junior Netball Academy is for young athletes who have the passion and drive to achieve their goals in netball. Elite coaches have a wealth of experience in improving netball skills and getting the best from young players who are serious about the game and want to take their netball ability and tactical awareness to the next level. We all know in sport how important it is to have solid fundamentals to build on. At Elite we focus on our players from an early age being able to move well, have an excellent skill base and have a good understanding of the game.
