Join one of the best netball training academies in the UK. Driving standards in netball, we offer a progressive pathway for netball players of all ages. Our academy supports athletes at the beginning of their netball journey to athletes with big aspirations.
Elite Netball Academy coaches have a wealth of experience in improving netball skills and getting the best from players who want to take their netball to the next level. You will work with coaches and players at the highest level of the sport who have experience with the international and Pathway programmes as well as Superleague clubs.
Elite classes supplement your club/school training programme to help you get the most out of your club/school matches. We focus on four performance pillars – physical, performance, tactical and psychological.
Our classes are ideal for anyone aiming towards club, county or international pathway selection. Together we can help you go far.

Elite Netball reviews
When?
Players receive game-changing coaching in weekly two-and-a-half-hour sessions. High-Performance Centre classes are led by the team of Elite Netball Academy coaches.
All our coaches have performance netball experience and possess a huge amount of knowledge of the game. This experience has been built up over the years to enable us to deliver quality sessions that the players love under the guidance of Anna Carter.

Who is this for?
Target Group: 11 – 17 years old, entry is achieved through a trial process. For more information on trials, head this way.

With the culture instilled by Elite Netball Academy, players and coaches in our High-Performance Centres are given the freedom to work in an explorative environment where they can be challenged and comfortable in making errors in order to test their boundaries and be creative with the coaches. This environment actively encourages research-based learning to develop a well-rounded netball player aiming for future success.
We have a strong reputation for helping several athletes make franchise and pathway programmes for Superleague netball clubs in the UK.

Where are former High-Performance Athletes now?
We enjoy watching High-Performance Centre athletes go on to achieve their dreams and play on franchise pathway programmes. Some athletes continue to work with us when time allows. Former High-Performance Centre athletes Grace and Lucy are now part of the Leed Rhinos Pathway and Esther is on the Manchester Thunder Pathway Programme. We also have athletes on the Loughborough Lightning Pathway.

Performance Pillars for High-Performance Centre athletes:

Executing on-court skills to a high standard. Drills have a mixture of outcomes to support gameplay. | Putting technical learning on the court in conditioned games and scenarios. Knowing what good looks like in common tactical setups. | Netball-specific fitness testing, followed by bespoke strength and conditioning plans for each athlete. Workshops are delivered throughout the year to help the athletes on their personal journey | Feedback is provided by coaches throughout the year to support individual development.
