Our Mini Netball classes for kids are a fun and educational way to introduce your child to netball. You’ll run, jump, catch and throw your way through the session with fun games and play opportunities that inspire children to develop teamwork, and communication skills.

When are our netball classes?

Our Mini Netball Classes take place on Saturdays during term time at Gateways School near Leeds and Chosen Hill School in Gloucester for school years 2 – 6.

Classes run for one hour and welcome children of all abilities.

At our mini Netball Classes for kids, your child will:

Run, jump, catch, throw and shoot
Play fun games
Have a go at every position
Work as a team
Make new friends

How the mini Netball classes are structured:

In the weekly, term-time sessions we work towards establishing and improving the basics of netball. We gradually build game understanding in a fun, supportive environment alongside or before club and school netball starts.

Our netball coaches have a wealth of experience and a shared passion for the sport ensuring your child is supported in a positive and enthusiastic environment. Mini netball classes aim to get primary school children active by developing a netball provision and encouraging more netball to be played at club level, outside of school. At these netball classes in Yorkshire and Gloucester, our experienced netball coaches work together to ensure every child has a fun and educational introduction to netball.

The aim of every class is to make sure your child has learned something new, had fun and formed new friendships.

Our netball classes for kids costs £40 a month and is paid by Direct Debit. Your first taster session is free!

Netball classes for kids, frequently asked questions:

Comfortable clothing and ideally trainers. Please make sure any jewellery is removed and nails are short. Mini Netball T-Shirts can be bought, please speak our coaches for more information.

Our netball classes for kids are one hour long. They happen every week during term time.

Mini Netball classes start from £40 per month, this is paid by direct debit. Your first taster session is free so we’ll only arrange this with you following your first session!

We welcome children of all genders to our Mini Netball classes.

Our classes take place at schools where there is plenty of free, safe parking available.

Please ensure your child has a drink of water and any medication they might need. At the time of booking, please advise our team if your child has any medical needs we should be aware of.

Absolutely! We welcome children who are new to netball and children who may have played a bit at school or club. All abilities are welcome and players are paired together depending on ability.

We aim to make the sessions as much fun as possible so we play lots of games! Our fun games incorporate key skills such as throwing, catching, footwork and shooting. We make sure every Mini Netballer has a go at every skill.
