The day was hosted by Elite Netball Academy founder and former Superleague Head Coach Anna Carter. Anna was joined by former international player and current NSL Head Coach Sonia Mkoloma who led two focused sessions – one attack, one defence. The recording features heaps of drills you can try with your team!
Session 1: Attacking the forward, timing and reading attacking cues
Session 2: Defence: Vision, angles and active feet
