Our weekly, term-time academies are ability-based and range from U12 to U18. An annual framework is developed by our Performance Consultant Nat Panagarry, who supports and mentors the experienced coaching team with high-quality, weekly delivery.

Elite Netball Academies

Delivering the ultimate netball experience, Elite’s netball academies run to an annual plan that is sent to parents at the beginning of the training year. Regular feedback is provided, and players get the chance to demonstrate skills learnt in regular match play sessions and play days with other academy players from around the country.

Elite classes supplement your club/school training programme to help you get the most out of your club/school matches. We focus on four performance pillars – physical, performance, tactical and psychological.

Elite Netball Academy coaches have a wealth of experience in improving netball skills and getting the best from players who want to take their netball to the next level. You will work with coaches and players at the highest level of the sport who have experience with the international and Pathway programmes as well as Superleague clubs.

All our coaches are Level 1 or 2 qualified. They also regularly attend safeguarding and child protection training and are all first-aid qualified.

All our coaches have performance netball experience and possess a huge amount of knowledge of the game. This experience has been built up over the years to enable us to deliver quality sessions that the players love under the guidance of Anna Carter.

With the culture instilled by Elite Netball Academy, players and coaches in our academies are given the freedom to work in an explorative environment where they can be challenged and comfortable in making errors in order to test their boundaries and be creative with the coaches. This environment actively encourages research-based learning to develop a well-rounded netball player aiming for future success.
