Calling all Club and School netball teams – join us at our Pre-Season Netball Festival!

Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th January 2026

8 x teams of 10 players (4 x U14 teams & 4 x U16 teams)

Queen Ethelburga’s, Thorpe Underwood, Estate, York, YO26 9SS

£320 per player for the whole weekend plus one free staff member per team (£220 for an additional coach/staff member)

What’s included:

• Presentation from Superleague player (Friday pm)
• 3 x high-quality masterclass coaching sessions (Saturday)
• 2 x educational workshops (Saturday)
• 1 x fitness/gym session (Saturday)
• Tournament all day Sunday – medal presentation and trophy for the winners! Player of the tournament and most improved team prizes will also be up for grabs.
• All meals included starting Friday with dinner and finishing with lunch on Sunday
• Accommodation on Friday & Saturday nights

A deposit of £500 secures your team’s place.

The remaining balance of £2,700 must be paid no later than October 2025 via BACs.

(Total amount per team = £3,200)

Travel to the venue is not included, teams must make their own way there.

Teams must have one nominated contact who is responsible for payment and communication with Elite Netball Academy. All players will be asked to complete an information form. This will be sent following sign-up.

FAQs:

1. £320 per athlete for the whole weekend with one free staff member per team. An additional staff member can attend for £220 including accommodation and meals. Please note staff will have to room share if they bring more than one member.

2. The full amount is £3,200 (deposit of £500 secures your place and a final one-off payment of £2,700 sent by BACs due October 2025)
3. A deposit of £500 secures a place for your team of 10 players. The nominated contact is responsible for securing 10 players and their deposit.
4. It is the responsibility of the nominated contact to gather the funds from their players and transfer the final payment to Elite Netball Ltd.
5. Can we bring more than 10 players? You can bring more than 10 players, the cost for additional player is £320.
6. Can we bring less than 10 players? You can bring less than 10 players but the price per team remains at £3,200.
7. Are all dietary requirements catered for? Yes, there will be space on our information sheet for dietary information.
8. All of our team are first aid trained and DBS checked, there will be space on our information sheet for players to advise of any medical conditions. All information is confidential.
9. We’re local to QE, can we come for the day and take part / play in the tournament? Absolutely, yes. Please email us to receive further information regarding this opportunity.
10. The masterclass coaching sessions will be with our team of experienced coaches – all teachers/coaches to receive session resources.
